TSI Charters is a family operated fishing charter service with over 25 years of combined sport fishing experience on Lake Ontario.

Capt. Joe Orsen is the owner of TSI Charters and created the business with one simple goal - To provide you and your guests a safe and memorable sport fishing experience while pursuing that trophy fish of a lifetime.

Captains Joe (Sr.) and Jason also provide support and we have been fishing Lake Ontario and the surrounding tributaries since 1990. We have also fished the NYS Finger Lakes, Catskill and Adirondack waters since the mid 1970’s.

We are licensed by the United States Coast Guard, are NYS Licensed Guides and are Red Cross First Aid/CPR certified. In addition, we are members of the National Association of Charter Boat Operators, Great Lakes Sport Fishing Council and Eastern Lake Ontario salmon & Trout Association.

The Vessel - ARGO I

ARGO I is a 30’ Cherokee Sportfisher with an 11’ beam, designed and built for Great Lakes fishing! With a modified deep-v/rough water hull that is powered by twin inboard powerplants, ARGO I provides a stable fishing platform to assure a safe, comfortable and smooth ride.
Our vessel is outfitted with the latest safety, fishing and navigational technology and annually undergoes a vessel safety check. In addition, we also have on board Walker’s STRIKE VISION underwater video camera system, providing you with a first hand look of the action below!
